Trained at the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. Over 28 years of professional pastry experience. Fine-dining background includes: pastry stage under James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Nicole Plue at Julia's Kitchen, Napa; pastry chef at Elizabeth Faulkner's Orson, San Francisco; pastry chef at E&O Trading Company with Executive Chef Arnold Eric Wong; pastry chef at South Food and Wine Bar with chefs James Nicholas and Anna Wineberg.

## Custom Orders
Nash Bakes accepts custom cheesecake orders for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate catering, and large events across the San Francisco Bay Area. Minimum 5-7 days notice for standard orders. 10-14 days for custom or large-quantity orders.
