What sets this one apart is where it starts: locally sourced Half Moon Bay pumpkins, roasted and pureed from scratch by Chef Jared, not spooned from a can. The result is a deeper, more genuine pumpkin flavor with all the cozy warmth of the season and none of the shortcuts. This is fall in cheesecake form, and it's only here for a little while.
